Overall Atlantis is cheaper by 12+ lacs compared to Spectra and 16+ lacs less compared to Provincia. Carpet area is slightly better compared to Provincia and far better compared to spectra. Vasavi Atlantis - they offered us for final price of 6300 as base price.
